Release Form for Students Taking Courses at Seneca
Some of our courses are taught though Seneca College, to utilize the exceptional resources they have in specific areas, and which complement the core elements of our Writing program.
Seneca uses a different data management system, and because of this we need all students taking courses with the college to complete a short, online form to acknowledge that some of their information will be collected and stored there, separate from what is kept at York University.
You must complete this form to take these courses at Seneca. It only needs to be completed once, but is required.
